Unprofessional and non-transparent. I was a customer for many years and used their services regularly, on a monthly basis, without a single late payment. From time to time, they seem to have random “episodes” where they block my account without any explanation. The last time the same thing happened: my account was blocked without any reason, with my own funds still in the wallet. I was not allowed to log in to withdraw my own money. After a month of waiting and endless emails, I managed to access my account purely by chance — no one notified me that I was able to log in and withdraw my funds.

Now I can log in, but there is a message saying that I don't qualify for a limit — they have completely removed my limit. I “don’t qualify”? A person with no late payments, a perfect credit history, and not a single outstanding debt? I believe they are simply not interested in customers who pay on time, have stable income, and no arrears. They are interested in people with multiple debts and missed payments — that’s where they make their money.
