They put effort in helping you resolve queries
Really happy with how they resolve queries and the turnaround time.
The COO called me and made sure I get assisted quickly. There’s an issue with the reversal of funds to my virtual credit card, payflex made sure they send me my money and fight my bank (FNB) themselves.
I really appreciate the effort.
