They ****med me my refund they refuse to pay me back

my refund was processed on Monday, but it has still not reflected in my Standard Bank account. Today is day 4 and I need the money urgently. Please can you confirm the exact date the refund was released to my bank and provide the refund/transaction reference number? I would also like to know why it is taking this long when the original payment was processed immediately
