The worst experience by a FSP

I had a payment plan added on my name without my authorization. Someone added their card and proceeded with a payment plan. Usually, I have an OTP sent to me if anyone tries to access my account. This hasn’t happened and now I’m stuck with an amount to pay for a product I didn’t purchase or authorize.
