The worst client service

I want to give payflex zero ratings. They client service is bad. I had to make for my second installment in just seven day after date of purchasing which were in my paydate. I took it up with their support but their client services is the worst. Now I struggle to make a payment because their site keeps giving errors. And their bot chat is môre bad that their client services. They are quick to add interest but they can't up their client service. I regret referring alot of friends to them.
