The service is so pathetic

Do they even have people who work for customer service? I was enquiring about my refund and needed assistance then Anele responded to the email saying I should send screenshots , I did and there after I did not get any feedback till this day this is just so unprofessional, when I login the website I see that my refund was processed from last week and it’s past the two business days that I was supposed to receive my refund and nobody is willing to assist me
