The Payflex and Takealot ****

Purchased Genkem paint from takealot *** on the 8th of July and it was scheduled to arrive today. Completed the payment of R204. 66 via Payflex. Yesterday the 9 July I received an email from both ****mers Takealot and Payflex stating my refund was logged successfully and a refund of R129. 68 was completed with no further communication as to 1. Who logged a refund? 2. Why was a refund logged? 3. Why am I refunded R129. 68 if I paid R 204.66?. Please stay away from Payflex and Takealot it seems like they are in cahoots with *****ing clients by canceling the clients orders with no communication whatsoever then charging the client with admin / penalties fees. I have tried to get in touch with them for answers as I had to reorder the exact same item. I tried to get in touch with both payflex and Netflix for answers but no luck. Please stay away from these ****mers they will find a way to cancel your orders so that they can bill you extra fees on items you never received and leave you in the dark.
