Terrible services PAYFLEX

I am writing to express my frustration with the distressing level of customer service I have experienced at PAYFLEX while attempting to change my phone number associated with my account.

Despite numerous attempts to get this issue resolved, I have not received any assistance from PAYFLEX. The lack of access to a human representative has made this process incredibly frustrating. Instead of genuine help, I am greeted with automated responses that do not address my specific concerns.

I have sent multiple emails outlining my situation, but the consistent automated replies do not provide any clarity or solution. It is disheartening to feel so neglected as a customer, especially when such a simple request has turned into a complicated ordeal.

I kindly urge you to address this issue with the urgency it deserves. I would appreciate a direct response from a representative who can assist me in changing my phone number. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.
