Terrible service & unhelpful.

Bad,Bad,Bad. What a terrible company to deal with. The WORST service I have got from a company in a long time. BUT they just dont care because they are too big. The MANY bad reviews they get do't phase them. I wish as a consumer we had more recourse against these terrible companies. The so-called verification process they require NEVER works and now I just cannot do any purchases with them. Unfortunately one needs the service they offer????
