Terrible service from Payflex

I had an error loading biometrics when I downloaded the new app. I have send numerous emails asking for assistance. It now more then 2 weeks and still waiting for reply or assistance on how to fix the error. Did anyone else have the same problem or the terrible service from Payflex?
