Terrible service for merchants.

As a merchant wanting to use Payflex for our website I am very disappointed. PayFlex is set up and customers are able to use it but PayFlex is unable to solve a simple issue. We need the customer to see the payment calculator widget (which every other merchant has) but they can’t seem to get it right. It’s been months now and all they have said is sorry we can’t seem to do it. This isn’t acceptable and I am loosing sales because of this. PayFlex guaranteed more sales when we signed up but this is not the case as their offering isn’t complete without this payment calculator widget.
