Terrible service!!!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The phone rings unaswered, chat bot useless. I’ve sent numerous emails regarding a payment I made that does not reflect in the app. Zero response from Payflex. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the same thing,fix my account please!
