Terrible service

They don’t respond to email unless it’s payment notifications. You can call the entire year with no luck of them answering. Makro refunded me, but payflex decided to keep the refund and didn’t reduce my installments. What nonsense is this? So now I must pay for something I was refunded for by the store. Payflec acknowledged the refund.
