Terrible service. Do better!

Everything is easy going with Payflex up until you have to get a refund. I submitted an enquiry(689879) regarding a refund that's still owed to me a week ago and my issue is still not resolved. Your contact number is not going through, it just rings until VM and your WhatsApp support is completely useless.
