Terrible service and terrible staff . Worst app to use

Absolutely terrible customer service from Payflex.

My bank card has been blocked on Payflex knowing I have sufficient funds they’ve now added a penalty fee

What makes this even worse is that Payflex does not respond to emails , they take 7 days to email you back , I have sent multiple emails trying to get this resolved and they more worried about making / taking money from you . What happened to customer service ? I’m appalled and I refuse to pay the penalty fee . I want this resolved ASAP
