TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I’m extremely disappointed with Payflex. I placed an order on Superbalist, which was later cancelled, yet Payflex still went ahead and debited the money from my account.

I’ve been sending multiple emails trying to get help or at least a response, but I’ve received nothing. No update, no refund, no customer support.

This is completely unacceptable. I want my refund processed immediately. Avoid using Payflex if you value your time and money.
