Terrible Customer Service

I have seen bad customer services but nothing compared to the customer services at Payflex. It’s been a week now I have been trying to change my phone number on the App but without success. At this point I think it’s easier to go to space than it is to change your number at Payflex. I am sent emails for verification which I follow the process and verify but still no change. I try calling them but the phone never get answered. The only customer services you receive from the is AI generated messages from WhatsApp and their Web Chat.

There is also different spending limits shown on the App compared to the website. And again Payflex cannot seem to help me with that. I have now given up on any attempt to try and deal with Payflex. The stressful process of what one would think is easy customer service seems to be outweighing whatever benefits that comes with this platform.
