Terrible Customer Service

This company has terrible customer service. They don’t give feedback on queries. There’s no point in having a case number because when you query the case number there’s either no response or the response non related to the query. The poor excuse of an app hardly works let alone in stores.

Trust PayJustNow services. At least you get a response on your queries.
