Terrible Customer Service

Payflex's customer service is extremely poor and annoying! I need to change my number on their website because it now requires me to enter an OTP when making purchases. I no longer have access to that number, so when I try to change it, I am prompted to verify my identity with SmileID. This isn't working because it constantly says 'No enrolled user found'. I submitted a ticket for this, and they responded by sending me a link to my registered number; how do they do that when I no longer have the number? They simply close the ticket even though the issue has not been resolved. It is also inconvenient that they do not have a working phone number to call.
