System error and Very poor customer service

My sister has been using payflex for the longest time and never had any issues until she recently tried to pay for one of her installments and the system didn’t allow her she tried multiple times but it still didn’t allow her then she contacted them on call and email they haven’t answered and it’s been a week she now got charged extra because of the poor system and customer service
