System error

I’m not happy with Payflex there’s been an eft payment made from my credit card but the orders are not removing.. the lady said the money when to arrears.. I did a manual payment then the order decreased .. again the other half my credit card made a payment n the Orders are not removing… Fix your system m annoyed n requesting a feedback
