Sum blocked unable to receive OTP

I have been emailing and whatsapping and i even tried to reach them on their number,regarding my wallet withdrawal ,because i have been struggling to withdraw due to my blocked sim which makes me unable to receive their OTP numbers. Was requesting them to change my old number into the new one😪
