Sudden R0 spending limit without any communication

I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have referred my friends and family to this financial service, but today I am disappointed. Despite paying before time, I woke up one morning to a spending limit of R0 without any communication from payflex. I emailed the support team and no one is willing to assist me. This service has helped me so much and it is sad to witness their customer service deteriorating.
