STAY AAY FROM PAYFLEX AND SOVIET
Do not trust PAYFLEX and do not ever buy any products from SOVIET. I WROTE ON A SOVIET'S SHOE BOX AND NOW AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME, OR EVEN SEND THE ITEM BACK, SINFUL REALLY!!!!!!!!

We are terribly sorry that Soviet has declined to refund the value of the product. We understand they did not refund due to their refund policy.
As a gesture of goodwill our COO has previously offered you for Payflex to cover the courier cost for Soviet to return the product to you.
Please reply to one of the emails he has sent you in this regard and he will arrange accordingly.
