Spend Limit statys the same

I have been using Payflex for a while now and always pay my orders way before the due dates in full. My Transunion Credit Score is 641 and all my accounts are up to date. I do not see why Payflex does not increase my spend limit.

I do not over debt myself but there are times when one cannot make full cash payments for an item and split installments comes in handy. I am disappointed by the service from PayFlex and would like assistance in reviewing my spend limit.
