Spend Limit issue
I tried purchasing using my Payflex account and my purchase would not go through as I had a CVV issue which has now been sorted with my bank but now my account is apparently blocked. I can login, see me my R1000 spend Limit but can't purchase. I have written to you, provided all the docs you requested and you stated that you cannot block my account "for some reason". I need this sorted as I gave everything you asked for and just had a temporary issue with my bank

22 Jul 2024, 09:02Hi Thando
We have investigated the matter and have found you to be of an unacceptable risk to Payflex due to your extremely negative Credit Bureau score and profile.
Payflex are under no obligation to provide you or any other customer, we deem as high-risk, access to our services.
Trust the above is enough of an explanation for you.
Regards
The Payflex Team

22 Jul 2024, 09:08I believe not as my account still shows a spend Limit of R1000 till this very minute and the only reason it was blocked was due to a CVV issue upon checkout.
How did you give me a spend Limit if I don't qualify?

The spend limit is indicative only until a full assessment has been done.
Based on the findings, your spend limit is now Zero.

22 Jul 2024, 15:33That's surely misleading customers. Why not put the limit on 0 till that investigation is done? That's terrible service
