Nqobile : Game changer I forgot my pay flex password and wanted to update my details and 1 consultant i started with failed to assist instead failed to educate me as a customer, I took another chance to open a new service request and Nqobile came to my rescue with just one question she could see that I did not understand their business language request and she did took her time and elaborated ,simplified for me to understand and my query is resolved, thank you for putting yourself in my shoes rather than playing smart with me it has made a positive impact well-done for a great customer experience .
