Slow responses could cause customer more fees.

I made a payment on the app, something went wrong and the transaction didnt pull through on the app. Now the money got deducted from my account and your platform still shows im behind on payments.

I logged it with you via email with no response. all i want it for the payment to be allocated so it wont charge late fees.
