Shein refunds not reflecting on Payflex account's outstanding balance!

Shein ticket 659697. Shein refund not reflecting on my Payflex account outstanding balance. The balance on my Shein account is still the original purchase amount and my next payment is due. I contacted Payflex support but according to Payflex this was adjusted and the refund was processed to my wallet account, where a withdrawal was then made but nothing was mentioned that my balance outstanding will be adjusted after the refund. Original Shein purchase amount R1949.00 Shein refund amount R1714.00 Payflex refund amount R414.68 Payments made total R631.34 Outstanding balance after refunds should be R18.34. Payflex customer support services are unresponsive and there is no follow-up to make sure the problem has been resolved!
