Service that sucks

I'm trying to access my account, however it doesn't want to verify my identity. This is really frustrating cause their support team is silent and I've send them two enquiries for assistance. Every time I have an issue with them I have to resort to hello Peter for assistance and one of them will ask me to delete this 🤣🤣poor service all around.
