Running up my bank charges before the 25th is over! ****ed-off

Payflex seriously need to chill! it is literally the 25th, a day has 24 hours in it, my salary has not cleared in my bank yet, it will clear today still but to run a debit order so early and block my account and run up my bank charges and its only now mid day on the 25th. That's insane!
