Ridiculous system and customer service

I placed an order last week, the order failed and was unsuccessful.

The funds were successfully refunded to my account after the mission of getting hold of Payflex and the terrible customer service.

This week, I get a notification from the merchant that the order went through AFTER the funds were revered into my account.

It’s not ridiculous that’s I’m following up with the merchant to do a refund when it’s Payflex issue.

I don’t see why Payflex can’t cancel this order as the funds were placed back into my account BUT again I’m affected!!!!

I’m certainly closing my account after this! I’m fed up!!!
