Resolve my query

I first escalated my issue in early May, my query is still on going the wait time is 72 hours but you do not receive any response within this time period, the webchat is of no help and whatsapp refers you to the support email or to contact the support number, whenever i call the support number it says sorry i cannot take your call there is a big delay in the email responses as well and my query is still not resolved.
