Reputational riak to anybody making use of payflex?

Huge reputational riak for any business or client using them. My profile waa *****ulently accessed and I informed them immediately. No payment was deducted from my cards. To get any response from them is almost impossible. They end up sending me final notice letters!! Still waiting for the details of the transaction and now have to waste my time and money to engage with lawyers they use who's lack of response is just as bad as payflex.
