REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS, ANSWER THE PHONE AND PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!

my complaint has been ignored for months!! my first email to *** was on the 31st of March where payflex duplicated a Takealot transaction of R1594.00, I have paid for the same transaction twice. I have sent a further 12 emails and still remain unanswered. I am out of pocket and want and want my money back! you are unable to get hold of a person when you try and call as the line goes straight to voicemail where you are told to email yet no one responds to the email!! the order numbers are (***) and the exact same transaction is duplicated with a different order number for the same transaction (***)
