Refund Request

I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Payflex. I made a purchase last year around November and never received my order from the merchant so I approached them and literally within a day a lady called Nokuphila who was very friendly emailed me and asked for the order number and called me back the following day and advised me my refund was successfuly processed.What a seamless process this was .
