Refund Not reflecting

I had a refund from shein to payflex on 20.2.26 shein send me proof of payment I emailed payflex to find out why my payment not reflecting as it's over 10 business days. Payflex however told me after I send them the proof of payment from shein that I need to email shein. Today is 6.03.26 and no refund is reflecting. Please help who can I contact
