Refund Not Received – No Response from PayFlex
Still waiting for my R799.99 refund since 18 July 2025. Shoebox confirmed refund with a refund reference, but to date nothing reflects in my PayFlex wallet. Tickets logged and multiple follow-ups – IGNORED. Calls don’t go through. I am escalating this to the NCR and FAIS Ombud. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

19 Aug 2025, 10:35I have just received my refund. I’m not sure if it was because of my complaints to FAIS, NCR, and CGSO, but I’m keeping my 1-star review due to the frustration, lack of response, and unreasonable delays. I will not be using PayFlex again.
