refund not paid back to me
this company is a **** i am realising that now,"it is algood when you can buy and pay back later" the minute you a request a refund from them, they do not get back to you, i have spoken to two of there agents via email, i just do not get a respose once i have emailed them the proof that i have not paid via payflex for my order yet they deducting from my bank account,and you cant even call them as it goes straight an automated person

21 Feb 2025, 13:41 Just remember on our side the order was successful that is why we are debiting you for the installments. Temu made the error by not enabling the order on their system. How is Payflex responsible for Temu' error. We think you don't understand how Payflex works and maybe it is not for you?
