Refund my money!!

I place an order on the 2 Oct. The payment was deducted but the order never went through. It said payment failed on the site. The money never came back into my bank account. I have tried calling payflex multiple times but no answer or the line just dies. I have also emailed and they said they would get back to me but also nothing
