Refund issue

Been sending them email's daily since the 14/4/2025 requesting my number to be changed as there us no option to do so as i have a refund, so the money is in my wallet but can't access it as the otp is been sent to my old number,Daily I'm sent an reply email requesting New,Old cellphone number,reason for change then a link to take a selfie....DAILY,the chatbot is useless.So they *****ING money but will have the nerve to charge interest if I'm late yet my money is with them.I don't think they have a active line so I speak to someone...PATHETIC and disappointed
