REFUND FROM MAKRO THAT WAS SHOWING THEIR APP AND IT DISAPPEARED AFTER THEY UPDATED THEIR APP

I must say i am very disappointed at how i am being responded due to the refund that was made by makro and it was showing on their app before they updated the app and after that the refund from makro has disappeared and makro has send me proof that they did do a refund on your account and i saw it too my query was not not handled as my per my request i have been emailing them for 2 weeks now but still no clarity on that
