Refund for unauthorised payment

Iam disappointed and defeated with Payflex , I had and account with them and I couldn’t pay my account due to loss of employement .the account was handed over to the attorney named collier and Malan and I settled the balance that was provided ,continued to deduct from my account on the the 28 November 2024 when i request for refund and I provided with bank statement and proof of full payment , no one is willing to assist as it’s been few weeks with no reply and I can’t get ahold of them on phone please help me as I neeed my refund !!!!!!!😤😤😤😤😤😤
