Refund

It only took a month an half am back where we started ,Tumi from payflex last term pretended to sort my query out after two week in the interim she sended her colleagues emails like .Please finish the query of this client she's rude and arrogant when I only needed my refund to be processed. They she pretended to apologise because she needed to retrieve my statement.

Today I took my time again off work as I received yet another bad service from them contacted them because I got three returns that superbalist and Runawaysale processed refund weeks earlier due to bad quality in materials. but from Payflex side they only know how to debit my account and sit with my credit that they received weeks ago. When I tried to bring this to Tumi light I was told today on the call that is not her problem I must sort it out with merchant and even if I shout or get angry it's not her problem.

Hi. We have been struggling to contact you. However we have looked into this issue. We can understand why you may be frustrated.  It is important to note that only once a merchant captures a return will a refund be processed via Payflex.
Payflex is not part of the merchant business so we are not involved in product delivery, cancellations or returns.
Payflex is essentially like a bank and provides payment options to its clients. For example, one does not phone the bank and say you won’t pay your credit card bill as you returned the item. We are the same.
Only when the merchant processes the refund, cancellation, or return on their side will we be made aware of it. The merchant may also decline the return and not refund you in line with their returns policies.
Until then and to be sure we do require our clients to continue paying instalments. This is to avoid penalty fees and a bad credit rating with Payflex.
Once the merchant processes the return you will be reimbursed for everything you have paid to date back to the bank card you paid with or your instalments adjusted accordingly, should the return have been less than the total order amount.
We trust this helps to clarify the situation.

Best regards,
