REFUND

I brought a phone on the 29th of April on the PayFlex App and my money was deducted from my app but the following day the merchant called me and said my order was cancelled and i never cancelled anything, tried reaching out to PayFlex numerous times via calls emails and whatsapp but no answer @Pay may i please get my money back its been 3 full weeks requesting for a refund
