Refund

I have logged a REFUND query which was not attended to my satisfaction. The refund was proceeded on the 30th of September and I was advised that the rebate arrangement will reflect within 7 days in my Payflex wallet and it’s now day 18. The refund amount of R3544.37 order number #***. I was assisted to a certain extend, however my ticket numbers are either ignored or rather closed. When a consultant finally replies, they don’t investigate and don’t proved any feedback, as I constantly had to follow up and logged more queries every after the stipulated 72hrs.
