Refund

I have bought items at Makro using PayFlex on the 25th of July 2025, Makro didn't receive payment, but PayFlex deducted money from my account. Still no refund and no communication. I am very disappointed with PayFlex. Imagine from last month, no refund, no items that I have bought I am so frustrated, but come end they will still deduct money for something that I didn't receive.
