Refund

I am meant to be receiving my refund as I returned items to the merchant and the merchant refunded to my Payflex account same day.

It is 3 days now no refund or updates why they taking so long and I have emailed Payflex inquiring about the status of the refund and no response. I tried calling them and the automated message says they are busy.it really sad that they don't have call agents to help us that means they make us look like crazy yho I'm disappointed I wouldn't recommend it to any close friends coz for them it was fast taking the money out of my account and now they take long to give it back

It's unfair because if I am late for a payment they charge me interest. I want my money back payflex
