REFUND

I brought a phone online on a store called SWOOP and paid via Payflex on the 29th of April but the following day the merchant called me to inform me that the order was cancelled but the funds were deducted from my account i tried calling and writing Payflex emails numerous times with no assistance i would really appreciate it if Payflex would give me back my refund so i can be able to buy a phone because I really need my money back . On the merchant side the order has been cancelled all that is left us for Payflex to pay me back my refund i would really appreicate it if i got a proper response from Payflex and more than anything my money back im tired of writing emails everyday and calling with no assistance HELLOPETER YOU ARE MY LAST HOPE IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
