Refund

I bought 2 watches that was on 35 % special from runaway sale on January for the equivalent of R2508 including R60 courier fee, unfortunately the goods didn't come as described upon my return it was accepted from runaway sale but they credited me through payflex .when they debit for payment is on time or your charged daily R65 for late payment now instead of them to credit me my R2500 that they initially took from my account is excuse after another explanation that I don't understand. They paid me back half where else Runawaysale gave them full refund this has been going on since March daily you hold for hours to speak to a complete new person today when I requested manager in finance I was told I cannot speak to the person as they don't deal with clients like me.
